You're killin me Dodgers. Getting it handed to you by the Phillies for the 2nd straight season. For the longest LA kept it #1 in the NL West, and right now they aint playin like it.

On a positive tip, my Miami Hurricanes are 5-1 with the potential and remaining schedule to go / finish the regular season 11-1. I'm projecting a 9-3 finish at the worse. Good team this year, prevailing from the loss of Larry Coker as our head coach and the promotion of Randy Shannon from defensive coordinator to head coach.

It's looking good for the Canes and Sebastian the Ibis right now, ranked #8 in the AP Poll and #10 in the BCS standings. Shannon's turned it around for us in Coral Gables and I have no idea where Jacory Harris came from, but he is getting it in for us. I said for the past 2 seasons: "We aint where we usually are performance wise, but we'll be back." Anyway, we're back.

Dallas Mavericks, do it better this season. Josh Howard the homie, get the squad right for the 2010 post season. Indianapolis Colts, do I even need to speak on my team which everyone bandwagons for until we fold in the post season. (They didn't hop off the year we beat Chicago in the Super Bowl). Look out for the Broncos.


So what's good with me?

I'm living in San Antonio right now, going to school and working. I should be out school and back home in a few weeks. All is good my way, I didn't buy a laptop yet so I don't get to update as much. I spend most of my time around the dorm or going around the city. Texas is straight, it gets live down here.

When I get back home though, it'll be more live.

So I been gone for a minute. If you come through every now and then you know where I was. All I can say is it was a good move on my part, no regrets. Should've done it as soon as I finished high school. So shits different now: new life, new surroundings, new people. Home is home but I've been laying my head in Texas for the past 2 months, so I'm settled here for the moment.

Really though I'm just posting to show I'm back.

OG Mondays

Check it out. These are easily my favorite Jordans of all time, mainly due to a nostalgic factor. If you refer to this post: http://jaegage.blogspot.com/2009/02/good-photography.html . Under Dom90's picture of them towards the bottom of the update, you'll read that I said (on Feb. 3, 2009) that I would attain these shoes before my birthday (August 28th).

I had a few missed chances to pick these up, waiting in fact favored my direction as I just got them in the mail today. Deadstock (Brand New, Never Worn):





































That knocks my acceptable purchase list down to 4 now. (Jordan I 1994 (White / Red . Jordan III 2001 Black / Cement Grey . Jordan VI 2000 Black / Infrared . & Air Max 95 Grey / Turbo Pink).

I'm good now, I'll have a nice stash to come home to. I may post up what I have as of 2 weeks from now & what I had back in September last year.

First Sunday

My 4th was straight. I hope yours was. I went out with my circle, we hit the club and I attempted to get drunk.. I dont think I spent enough at the bar though. I had: A tallcan of Heineken, Corona, Crown Royal & Coke, and Hypnotiq. Drove home and all. Got to the house and slept extra well.

Before we even got inside the club though, we walked across the street to the gas station to get some stuff. It was closed, so we turned around and walked back towards the parking lot. These two dudes came out of damn no where and ran up on Frayser, Lo and I asking for a dollar. Like all in our face and shit asking us if we wanted to buy painkillers. Like nigga, wtf? Do I look like I want painkillers? Had me reminiscent on living Downtown again.

But today, I planned to chill with Jas before she went back to school. We were gonna see Transformers since she didn't see it yet..but, as I thought it could be it was sold out. So we went to the mall (a foreign place for me) - reason being: I can accomplish 90% of my shopping online and when I do go to the mall I feel out of place. I still went through and said what up to Travis & Josh at Foot Locker and Ivory at Finish Line.

Came back to the house and kicked it in my room for a little. Jas drew on the bench and told me I couldn't read it until she left:



















But anyway, more updates this week as I have the start of my last few pickups coming in.

Fry Daze

I've been on this thing for a couple of weeks now... where I don't drink soda, just Juice, Powerade, Gatorade and Tea. Feels a little healthier, or whatever and I know I wont be around any of the extra amenities at Lackland so I figured why not prep for it now.

No kush, No kb, No Middleton's. Just grape sodas & vodka, Heineken and Budlight. Manning up like Archie. The counter says a solid month left right? It is what it is, I'm still on vacation but I'm also still working or "hustling" as my Flowerhead says.

Anyway, Transformers was sold out until damn near 9, I was trying to see it at 4. Hyped up movie better be as good as you peeps are boosting it to be.

So Erica turned 21 today. Been a minute since I seen her but I know she's alive and kickin it in Jersey. She's a family woman now, and her little girl Jenice is growin up extra quick. But yeah, happy birthday Erica Jenice:

Saturday Slim and I.. (yes I know that if you're speaking of you and another person you announce them before yourself) we went to Jasmine's cookout for her graduation. Like got damn I've been out of school for a minute & I figured the class of '09 was the last I would see walk across the stage until my brother graduates in 2015. Some freshmen I knew who came in as I was on my way out are graduating next year, but I won't be living here so if I catch them walking I do but if not sorry bout you life goes on I got bills to pay and places to see.

... Jas' lil event was straight she had an excess amount of girls compared to the amount of dudes there. She had ribs, chicken & a new found love for me which was crab salad with shrimp. While I was there I was talking to this girl who's into sneakers or whatever. She told me she was looking for some Jordan Altitude XIII's, I was like "and what size do you wear?" she replies "a 3y." I'm thinking in my head you're waisting your time chick.

But her neighborhood was quiet and I'm glad her get together wasnt a fail like others have had recently.

Yesterday I went out to the country and ate bbq with extended fam. This dude who ended up being my cousin was driving a black Maserati with black rims. I got to thinking South Florida's economy must not be taking L's like ours.
