Almost Tuning Season

It's about to warm up again, which means I'll start working on my car again soon. I never understood why dudes on honda-tech would put up their cars for the colder months until this year. When it's cold outside I don't want to work on my car, at all. So I made it seasonal this year past and now I'll only work on my car between March & November, unless I have to.

Anyway, a little over a year ago I decided I wanted to get rid of the original motor in my car and put togehter a reliable one..

Original motor had about 167,000 miles on it:

The new motor had about 40,000-60,000 miles on it:

Took about 3 days to put in. (clean motor):

Not the most recent pic. but how it looked after it was in. I've done a lot since this picture (new dizzy, plugs & wires, repainted the valve cover, new radiator hoses) maintenance in general:

Enjoying my small investment:

I'll be fully building my H22 motor this year:

But I cant go on without giving props to Matty Matt:

...for lending hands during the swap, the next one will be done off what they schooled me on.
Later..
